A story of hope and an exploration of identity, love and relationships of the caregivers for those who suffer from PTSD as a result of trauma incurred from working in the Fire, Ambulance and Police services

SYNOPSIS

The debilitation of PTSD of Triple Zero employees is rarely acknowledged and even less so is the impact it has on carer’s and their families. This documentary sheds light on mental health, intergenerational trauma, PTSD, suicide, and stigma in the workplace. The audience will see how the different carer’s courageously take a stand for their own dreams and identity, and help break cycles of self-neglect that can come when we give our love and care unconditionally to others at the cost of our own inner happiness and health.
